Dress for Florida's HOT weather. Early morning was the best time to go... not too hot, comfy. Remember your sunglasses and hat and wear light colored clothing.

Okeechobee Bass Charters by Fish-N-Maniac
I would say that Okeechobee was an interesting place to fish because not only do you catch fish but you see other animals as well. We saw about twenty gators, one pig, and bunch of birds. So it was great for nature goers!

We actually fished the Headwaters Lake as the Okeechobee is being lowered. But YES YES Fishing with Capt. Paul , the FISH WHISPERER ...LOL was nothing short of amazing.
